Our Mission Statement:
It is the goal of Dancing Daisies Floral to first create a relationship of confidence, trust, and comfort between the client and florist. Second, we will strive to always design with high quality product, artistic creativity, and an involved passion for the floral industry. We will support American Grown Flowers and local Utah Flower Farms by purchasing our blooms locally and within the United States when possible. Dancing Daisies Floral will continue to build knowledge in current techniques and trends through education, in order to best meet the vision of our clientele family. It is our commitment to serve our customers with honesty, integrity, and sustainability.
Dancing Daisies Floral is recognized for bright, vibrant designs. We value traditional, classic looks, while still using current trends and new techniques. In almost six years of business, we have contracted over eighty weddings, created hundreds of dance flowers, assisted with several funerals, and provided elegant flower arrangements for an event with Durkin Entertainment at the 2016 and 2017 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. Recently, we partnered with HGTV's Extreme Makeover Home Edition, and provided floral decor for two new homes in the Ogden, Utah area. Dancing Daisies Floral has also been an invited guest for televised segments on ABC 4's Good Things Utah Morning Show.
We are grateful to be a recognized business in the Farmington Community. Let us assist you with your floral needs; big, small, and beautiful!
Meet The Owner/Lead Designer:
Betsy is the owner of, and designer for Dancing Daisies Floral; a Home Boutique Floral Studio in Farmington, Utah. Flowers became a "Career Calling" back in 2014, when a friend asked Betsy if she would design the flowers for her upcoming wedding. At that time, Betsy was still teaching elementary school full time, but had already been creating dance flowers for her then teenage son and his friends.
Fast forward 5 years, to Betsy leaving behind her 23 year teaching career, to work full time in the wedding and florist industry. Betsy loves to create unique artistry pieces with attention to fine detail work. She is a student of Susan McLeary (@passionflowersue), and attended the 2017 Intrigued Experience Design Workshop with renowned Baltimore Wedding Florist Sarah Campbell, and the April 2018 Design Sanctuary Workshop with Philadelphia's Premiere Wedding Florist Susan Davis (@freshdesignsflorist) ,and well known Wedding Planner, Shannon Wellington (@shannonwellingtonweddings). Betsy was invited to teach at the November, 2018 Design Sanctuary Workshop held outside Dallas, Texas, as well as the 2020 Floral Source Workshop sponsored by the talented Kelly Shore (@petalsbytheshore) and American Grown Flowers.
Married to her high school sweetheart for almost 30 years, Betsy enjoys spending time with her husband, her two grown children, and daughter in law. When she's not designing with flowers, she stays active in the beautiful outdoors of Utah.
